Become a Canadian Permanent Resident through
the
Quebec welcomes
foreign nationals who can contribute to the development of the province’s
economy by making an investment. Those who meet the requirements for the Quebec Investor Program can submit an application for permanent selection. If selected, the applicant
is granted a Quebec Selection Certificate from the provincial government –
which allows them to apply for permanent residence to the federal government.
In order to be eligible
for permanent
residency by investment through this pathway, candidates must meet the following
requirements:
·
Hold net
assets worth at least CAD $2 million – solely or in combination with a spouse
or partner – excluding any amount received as donation less than 6 months prior
to application submission.
·
Have at
least 2 years of management experience within the 5 years preceding the
application for permanent selection. This includes having authority over
control, planning and management of human, material or financial resources –
but excludes training, apprenticeship or specialization leading to diploma.
· Intend to settle down in the province of Quebec after attaining residency through investment.
·

an investment agreement with a financial intermediary – a trust company or
broker, which is authorized to participate in this program, and could possibly
offer to finance the investment.
·
Make a
5-year term investment worth CAD $1.2 million with Investissement Quebec –
Immigrants Investisseurs Inc. This investment is guaranteed by the Quebec
government. Once the 5-year period ends, the trust company or broker will
reimburse the CAD $1.2 million to the applicant within 30 days, without
interest. So, this is a highly rewarding Canadainvestment visa for Indian nationals. The
reimbursed amount could vary if the financing for the investment was secured by
the applicant.

above 18 years) also have to be attested.
